چکیده

Abstract To investigate the duration of humoral immune response in convalescent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients, we conduct a 12-month longitudinal study through collecting total 1,782 plasma samples from 869 donors Wuhan, China and test specific antibody responses. The results show that positive rate IgG against receptor-binding domain spike protein (RBD-IgG) to severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) COVID-19 exceeded 70% for 12 months post diagnosis. level RBD-IgG decreases with time, titer stabilizing at 35.7% initial by 9th month. Moreover, male produce more than female, age patients positively correlates titer. A strong correlation between neutralizing titers is also identified. These facilitate our understanding SARS-CoV-2-induced memory promote vaccine therapy development.
